So Much Meat

Saldivia's South American Grill (10234 Westheimer, 713-782-9494) comes with so much meat, even two people will have a hard time finishing it. The meat arrives on a sizzling platter the way fajitas are served, but instead it's the Uruguayan specialty steak known as entraña, along with two sausages, chorizo, morcilla (blood sausage), beef ribs sans bones, and a couple of sweetbreads, for good measure. It's almost a complete cow. It's all topped with a homemade, delectable chimichurri sauce. Sides include delicious roasted potatoes and grilled veggies like squash and carrots.
