Tacolandia Date Change: We're Moving It to November Thanks to a Lousy Weather Forecast for This Weekend

With a forecast of heavy rains for this weekend and the prospect of miserably drenched people holding soggy tacos, the Houston Press has decided to move its inaugural Tacolandia event to November 14.

When the weather report came out earlier this week, our marketing department began making Plan Bs right and left. But everything was pretty much full up, and that's when we began searching for an alternate date.

The event will still take place at Buffalo Bayou Park, 105 Sabine, from 4 to 7 p.m.

The same rules apply. You'll just need to wait three more weeks.

WHEN:
Saturday, November 14, 2015, 4-7.p.m.
VIP Admission: 3 p.m. (one hour earlier)
General Admission: 4.p.m.

WHERE:
The Water Works – Buffalo Bayou Park, 105 Sabine Street, Houston

TICKETS:
Tickets are On Sale NOW at ticketfly.com.

VIP Admission tickets include entry into the event one hour earlier than General Admission (entry at 3 p.m.), unlimited food samples from Tacolandia vendors, access to VIP lounge with its own VIP Private Bar with complimentary beer and cocktail samples, PLUS access to VIP restrooms.

General Admission tickets include entry into the event at 4 p.m., unlimited food samples from Tacolandia vendors, as well as beer and cocktails available for purchase.
