The Maui tacos ($8.25) at Kona Grill (16535 Southwest Freeway, 281-242-7000) come two to a plate. Each taco is rolled tightly in a flour tortilla, then cut diagonally for easy sharing -- that is, if you're dumb enough to share these beauties. To make this superb dish, the folks at Kona take macadamia nut chicken breast, one of the restaurant's signature dishes, slice it, and wrap it up with avocado, carrot strips, tomatoes and shredded cabbage. The tacos are accompanied by a yummy dipping sauce of mustard, soy, cilantro and chipotle, not to mention some of the most delicious shrimp-and-pork fried rice you'll ever taste.
