The 5 Best Things to Eat or Drink This Weekend: Share Your Love for Valentine's Day & Craft Beer
Show the LOVE @ My Food Park HTX Friday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. 800 Hwy 6 South
Celebrate Valentine's Day with food trucks at My Food Park HTX from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. today. Grab something sweet from Zeapod Cakery or The Waffle Bus, after you enjoy lunch or dinner from Flaming Patties, Fraiche Mobile Kitchen, Bare Bowls Kitchen and many more. A variety of vendors will also be on site to supply you with your Valentine's Day gift needs -- flowers, balloons and chocolate-covered strawberries. Show some love for Houston food trucks and local vendors throughout the day.
Valentine's Day celebrations don't have to be hot dates. Grab a group of friends and head to Underdogs Sports Pub for beer and food to celebrate the holiday and to kick off the weekend. Underdogs will have a couple of food trucks on-site and will offer a few new beers on tap for $5. Pair those beers with some special beer-themed Valentine's desserts and show your love for all things brewski.

UnValentine's: A Feast of Indifference and Non-Commitment @ The League of Extraordinary Brewers Friday, 7:30 p.m. 907 Franklin St., Ste 150
If you haven't purchased a ticket for this anti-Valentine's Day event, then get to it, because they will no longer be available after 11 a.m. today! The League of Extraordinary Brewers invites you to meet new friends and sample a variety of beers and food. The evening will progress as follows: enjoy specially paired beers and food at stations for 30 minutes each; after the allotted time, you will move to another table to sample completely different beers and food, and you'll be with a different group of people. The food will be prepared by a new pop-up group, Boyz II Chef. The six-course menu paired with six beer styles is a secret until the event, so you'll have to wait and see what the boyz have in store.
Flea Market @ Discovery Green Saturday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. 1500 McKinney
It's the third Saturday of the month, and you know what that means -- the Saturday Flea Market at Discovery Green. Spend the afternoon on the Grace Event Lawn with your friends and family and check out the local vendors selling food, crafts and everything else in between. Stop by Frandy Fruit for dried fruit and snack mixes and Pleasant Hill Winery for a taste, glass or whole bottle of wine. Don't forget about the food trucks. Order from It's A Wrap! Mobile Bistro or The Golden Grill, then get something sweet from Porch Swing Desserts or What's Up, Cupcake!
