While searching for a photo of a Thanksgiving feast on Flickr, we stumbled across this treasure trove of old-fashioned Thanksgiving postcards from days of yore -- Creative Commons licensed and all! -- from Flickr user riptheskull. (It's not the most festive of handles, but there you have it.)
We used two for our blog post on what Houston chefs are eating for Thanksgiving and one more for our post on Houston restaurants that are open on Thanksgiving Day, but it wasn't enough. These postcards are too beautiful not to share. And with that in mind, here are our 10 favorite postcards from riptheskull's massive collection. Enjoy!
