Where Are We Eating?

It's a little hard to tell, but that is a bag of freshly roasted and steamed beets. (As with so many other natural wonders, it's difficult to capture the beauty of beets in a photo.) Along with a generous amount of tangy goat cheese and sweet hazelnuts, this makes up one of the most enduringly popular menu items at this restaurant.
