With Valentine’s Day right around the corner (and on a Sunday this year, score!), it's time to start planning. So we got the lowdown on the best St. Valentine's dining deals around. From weekend specials and simple dinners for two to candle-lit feasts with full on romance, check out our 2016 Valentine's Day Dining Guide:

This 4-day Valentine’s celebration (Thursday through Sunday) features a special four-course Valentine’s Day menu created by Executive Chef Arnaldo Richards in addition to the regular menu. Optional wine and tequila pairings chosen by Beverage Director Monica Richards will be offered with each course. On Sunday, they will also be offering a Grand Valentine’s Brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Enjoy a wonderful spread of appetizers, soups, a salad and fruit bar, Spanish paella, a carving station with complimentary sides and a lavish 28 ft. long dessert bar.

The Valentine’s Day menu is priced at $65 per person or $85 with wine pairings. The Uptown restaurant will also offer a special shared dinner for two, priced at $88. For a romantic toast, Axis Lounge, will also feature the “Cerise Royale” - made with Tito’s vodka, Monin cherry, Prosecco and a cherry garnish. For dinner on Saturday, February 13, guests can order from the regular menu or the Valentine’s prix fixe menu that offers three courses and a complimentary glass of champagne for $45 per person. The special menu highlights some of the restaurants popular dishes including the Roasted Octopus Ceviche Tostada, Duck Margret and a dessert trio. There will also be live music from guitar soloist Gianni Carlo to add to the ambiance while guests dine. Start with a baby spring mix and green apple salad with pecan crusted goat cheese, topped with a house vinaigrette. Guests are able to choose from two entrées: Snapper ala meuniere served with rice pilaf and grilled asparagus or pan seared ribeye cooked to order with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and red wine demi glaze. Executive Chef Mark Holley brings a robust variety of southern-inspired seafood dishes to a prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu at his eponymous restaurant. Appetizer offerings include the Oysters Cupid “Yvonne,” named after Holley’s wife, composed of crabmeat, champagne-fennel cream and American caviar. Diners can also choose from entrees like a Thai-style fried snapper for two and desert of a down south coconut cake with spiced pecans and salted caramel sauce. The Gulf Coast Kitchen has created a four-course prix fixe menu for lovers, which will be available from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. on Friday, February and Saturday; and from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday. Enjoy dishes like Mama’s Gumbo, Oven-roasted Chateaubriand, Snapper Martha topped with shrimp, crawfish tails, and crab meat, and dark Molten Chocolate Cake. Cost is $59.95 per person or $74.95 per person with wine pairing.

Uchi is offering a special Valentine’s Day Omakase from Friday, February 12 to Sunday, February 14, which consists of a multi-course chef’s daily tasting menu showcasing “the greatest hits” of the menu designed by Chef de Cuisine Kaz Edwards. It will feature savory and sweet courses, and is meant to be shared between two people for $150. The regular menu is also available. Those who choose to order the Omakase on Saturday and Sunday will receive a special takeaway item to enjoy at home.

The Memorial location is offering an amouse bouche, plus a multi-choice 3 course menu for $65 per person or $125 per couple. Enjoy dishes like She Crab Bisque with sherry cream, Dry Aged 8-Ounce Beef Tenderloin with morel tarragon Marsala sauce, and Black Magic Cake.
At the Kingwood location, guests can enjoy an amouse bouche, plus a multi-choice 3 course menu for $55 per person or $100 per couple. Highlights include Prosciutto Avocado Crostini, Pecan Crusted Salmon, and a Red Velvet Tower of Love.
