I understand you must choose 100 fav dishes. But, cannot believe Houston's Original Kolache Shoppe on Telephone Rd did not make the cut. It's been in biz since 1956, and far and away, hands down, the best Kolache in Houston, and possibly the country. One other I've tried in Texas even coming close is in West. Robert N
