All of the chefs and mixologists used Makers Mark bourbon in their dishes and drinks.

Once again, the Houston Chowhounds raised the bar for food competitions. The Bourbon Throwdown brought in talent from Austin as well as Houston and pitted six mixologists and six chefs against one another in battle. PHOTOS BY GROOVEHOUSE
