Even though some city councilmembers think graffiti is Houston's biggest scourge, we disagree. And we aren't alone. Aerosol Warfare and artists like Weah and Ack! are taking it to the mainstream. Street art is an expression of the disenfranchised, the dissatisfied or simply the deviant minds among us, and it's as much an art form as oil on canvas.
