Friday night marked the US premiere of the Red Bull Illume showcase at Discovery Green, billed as the "World's Best Action Sports Photography Exhibit". Hundreds gathered after sunset to see the unveiling of large scale, back-lit photographs that will be on display in the park until January 17th. A VIP Gala followed the opening, which included appearances from pro skateboarder Ryan Sheckler and local rap legend Bun B.
