Menil 25th Anniversary Blowout

The Menil Collection celebrated its 25th anniversary with a weekend full of festivities taking place on the museum's front lawn. On Friday was a black tie gala, "Celebration in Blue," a reference to the artist Yves Klein. Saturday featured a party called Bleu Electrique with DJ Kalkutta. On Sunday, composer Philip Glass performed a new composition, Etude (17), under a tent in front of the museum. PHOTOS BY FRANCISCO MONTES
