The new Uchi hopes to be open by the end of the year.
Uchi co-owner Daryl Kunik couldn't stop beaming as he gave a tour of the modern Japanese restaurant, which was painstakingly crafted from the ashes (and termite-decimated timbers) of Felix last Friday afternoon.
