Pecan Creek Grille was the brainchild of Brock and Stacy Silverstein, who ran one of the ever-popular Buffalo Grille locations for ten years. That's why there are familiar touches throughout the place — witness the canister of hot maple syrup, for example — that remind one of a west-side Buffalo Grille spinoff.
