Ramen and Pork Cutlets Take Center Stage at Umai

If your experiences dining in Japanese restaurants are mainly confined to sushi, sashimi or hand rolls, Umai may present an interesting dining adventure: There is no sushi on the menu, save for five basic rolls, purposefully segregated on the menu into their own tiny box.
