For this year's Fried Christmas (State Fair of Texas), fried creations like Fried Pork Wing and Chicken-Fried Cactus Bites were presented to judges for the Big Tex Choice Awards on September 3. Photographer Mike Mezeul was on hand to capture the nominated food.
