you are wrong on this folks, but there was a skit making light of how easily confused it can be heard as such by now extinct television show the Vacant Lot.

Some of these lyrics are not creepy at all. Hey, Nineteen is talking about someone above the age of consent, after all.
Some of these lyrics are just typical rock style sexual innuendo. As for the young girls, well, 16 is the age of consent in a lot of places. These songs were written to appeal to teenagers, anyway. -
