I was fortunate enough to work for Churrascos as Director of Catering a number of years ago. I learned ALOT about taking care of the guests and the fierce determination and heart that goes into each dish that is prepared. Although I don't get to frequent Churrascos, Americas or Amazon Grill nearly enough, I still believe it to be the best food in the city. Thanks to Michael Cordua for a great experience.
