Houston Fashion Independence Group’s day-two fashion show Friday at Tranquility Park was uneven, but there were flashes of brilliance and possibility across the board. The featured designers were Callie Duty, Ebele Iloanya, Rachel Joy Sanches, Wanying Guo, Chioma Ikoku & Uche Osamor, Malissa Long, Stoi Phillips, Jennifer Dawn Gabiolo and Danny Nguyen.
