The name may have changed from Baker's Ribs to Roegels Barbecue Co. but they're still serving up some serious meat. Russell is the pit master, while Misty makes sure the front-of-house operations run smoothly. They were kind enough to sit down with us to discuss what it was like moving to Houston and getting in to the meat game. In this video, they talk adjusting to life in the Bayou City.
