Houston rap pioneer Lil’ Keke hosted the #713BlockParty at Screwed Up Records & Tapes (3538 West Fuqua) on July 16 in Houston. The event was held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the release of his 1997 album Don’t Mess Wit Texas.
