| Southside argument turns deadly |
An argument on the south side turned into murder Friday evening, Houston police say.
Michael Lee King, 50, was sitting in his truck in the 7700 block of Crestmont about 7 p.m. when he began arguing with Wilfred Jones, 57, police said.
“The argument then escalated
into a physical confrontation, during which Jones shot King,” HPD says.
Jones was taken into custody without incident and has been charged with murder, police say.
