Dramatic photos are coming in from the scene in Dallas where Big Tex, the 52-foot-tall mascot of the State Fair, has done gone ahead and caught himself on fire.
The blaze, which left just a skeleton frame on the dude, began this morning at about 10:30, KHOU reports and our sister paper the Dallas Observer reports.
The Observer will no doubt be following events and posting more pics as they come in.
