Every last Tuesday of the month, in-the-know locals snag a table at chef Aaron Bludorn’s eponymous dining spot for a taste of a high-low comfort classic. That’s when chef de cuisine Chase Voelz puts out impossibly crisp, impeccably flavored, and downright tasty fried chicken, served family style with rotating sides — think the butteriest biscuits, housemade pickley things, frizzled herbs, and deviled eggs that sorry, are way better than your mama’s. The plates are limited, so dine on the earlier side if you want to guarantee some bird.
