Now interveiwing Management Candidates for New Restaurant Opening Soon. The ideal candidate will have prior full service restaurant management experience in a high-volume kitchen.
Overview:
Our ideal candidate is a detail/results oriented person who has a strong culinary and BOH Management background. He or she mus have 3+ years’ experience in the following areas:
3+ years restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment with direct P&L responsibility
Product ordering, kitchen and inventory management
Experience training, developing and leading teams
Availability to work evening and weekends
Strong high volume production experience
Previous exposure to a full display kitchen environment
Grill/broiler experience. solid fuel a must.
Complies with HAACP guidelines and documents records according to correct procedures
Ability to accurately review production and sales records daily, plan production requirements, inventory and order product.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in a high volume kitchen is a requirement
Strong culinary background- degree preferred
Valid servsafe food service manager certification
