Houston Press (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Houston Press website. We use this California Privacy Policy (“California Privacy Policy”) to supplement our Privacy Policy. Personal Information of Minors

Our webpages are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly store information from minors under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us at privacyadministrator@houstonpress.com and we will delete it.

Information Collection

You have the right to request information regarding the Personal Information we have collected about you in the past 12 months. Requests may be made twice in a 12-month period.

Requests may include:

Verification Process

To protect your information, we confirm identity before fulfilling CCPA requests. You must provide your name and email; we may ask additional questions if needed.

All verification emails will come from privacyadministrator@houstonpress.com. If you receive an email that appears to be from us but is not from this address, do not respond.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights under the CCPA on your behalf, with proper proof of authorization.
