The Houston Metropolitan Dance Company celebrates its 15th anniversary with 15 on the 15th. Among the premieres on the program are Jason Parsons's light before sound and Spencer Gavin Hering's Hyperbola. john r. stronks will perform a solo work, crossing along the dark side of night…kicking without screaming, and Houston Met members will perform several works from the company's repertoire, including Consumed, a frenetic piece created for the Met by Kate Skarpetowska. 8 p.m. Wortham Center, 501 Texas.
