7th Puerto Rican and Cuban Festival and 1st Carnaval Americas

Willie Colon. Gilberto Santa Rosa. Rey Ruiz. Each is a monster musician and entertainer in his own right. Together, the three headliners are sure to turn up the excitement factor at this year's 7th Puerto Rican and Cuban Festival and 1st Carnaval Americas. In its seventh year, the event is one of the largest and most colorful celebrations in Houston.
