Got a budding thespian on your hands? Well, future actors ages three to 12 can spend their school holiday in the Alley Theatre's Young Performers Winter Workshops. Little kids will develop their imaginations and storytelling skills in Child's Play, while early elementary school students will create and perform an arctic action story in Polar Adventure. Finally, tweens will work on overcoming stage fright and improving their improvisational skills in Stage Freeze. (If you have an older child, check out the January classes for students ages 12 to 18. Topics include character study, auditioning and playwriting.) 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. December 21 through 23 or December 28 through 30. 512 Texas.
