Discover your inner cowboy at the George Ranch Historical Park's Campfire Christmas. Costumed re-enactors, including Civil War soldiers, 1890s ranch hands and a farm family, will be on hand for Q&As and demonstrations. Visitors can tour the 1830s Jones Stock Farm and the 1860s Ryon Prairie Home, which is decorated in the fashion of the time. Everyone will enjoy a historically inspired 1890s holiday dinner, courtesy of Chef Nick Castelberg, and finish off the evening sitting around the campfire listening to cowboy stories and singing. 6 to 8 p.m. timed entry. Through December 19. 10215 FM 762, Richmond. For information, call 281-343-0218 or visit www.georgeranch.org. $35 to $40.
