Auto enthusiasts were treated to a few showstoppers at the May 6 edition of Coffee and Cars: the McLaren Houston P1, the Ferrari F40 and the ridiculously awesome Houston Police Department Humvee. Car fans and organizers joined together to collect teddy bears and stuffed animals for Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital; donations were stuffed inside the Humvee. Houston Coffee and Cars is a monthly, informal gathering of car enthusiasts who meet and share their passion for motorsports; everyone is invited and there are no memberships or dues required. They line up for the ogling on the first Saturday of the month from 8 to 10 a.m. at Memorial City Mall. All photos by Doogie Roux.
