Mexican Street Food Festival

Day of the Dead never tasted as good as at the Mexican Street Food Festival. Arnaldo Richards, owner and chef of Pico's Mex-Mex restaurant, said through press materials, "Many of these foods I grew up eating in Monterey, Mexico, and are not items we usually serve at the restaurant - these foods are sold by street vendors during [Día de los Muertos].
