Mr. Hell

In the 2006 flick Mr. Hell, director Rob McKinnon circumvented one aspect of the typical horror film plot - no one has to kill the monster, because he's already dead. Larry Cashion is the serial killer who comes back from the grave to kill the daughter of a previous victim. (He has a special taste for victims' eyeballs.) Jordan Consorte is Tyler, the young scientist battling not only the reanimated Mr. Hell but a group of mercenaries who are trying to steal deadly bacteria from her lab. 8:30 p.m. Domy Books, 1709 Westheimer.
