For those interested in ringing in the New Year Italian style, Ristorante Cavour Executive Chef Renato DePirro has designed a celebratory five-course New Year’s Eve menu, including Tasmanian Salmon Tartar, Duck Consomme, Risotto Milanese, a choice of Wagyu Filet “Rossini” or Seared Branzino Fillet, and Chocolate Celebration. This meal will be offered from 5 to 10 p.m. The price is $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests may add an additional $45 per person for wine pairings if requested.
