Oprah Winfrey's Coming to Town ... And Yes, There are No More Tickets

Oprah Winfrey sits down with Pastor Joel Osteen and author Dr. Rick Warren at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts on Friday morning for a taping of her popular Oprah's Lifeclass series. As she does in every episode, she'll grill her guests for tips on how to lead "a purpose driven life," and give viewers tips on how to live out their dreams and find joy in their lives.

Students for Oprah's Lifeclass number in the millions. Everyone can watch and even interact with the famous talk show host and media mogul in real time on-air, online and via social media platforms about the weighty topics she raises.

Sitting in the room with Oprah and her learned guests is a slightly different story. If you don't already have tickets, you're out of luck. Requests for tickets to Friday's taping were taken online for some 37-hours last August. Winners ... or should we say attendees, since they didn't really win anything ... have already been notified and should have their tickets in hand. The rest of us? Well, we can watch the segment when it airs later this season.
