Tlaquepaque Market on Telephone Road hosted the third annual East End Cultural Arts Festival this Saturday. The event promotes culture and business in the largely Hispanic East End Neighborhood. This year's theme was "Going Green," but it just as well could've been "Day of the Dead," judging from the abundance of skull imagery. The event also featured poetry readings, art exhibits and live music.
