Griffs Shenanigans, Houstons oldest sports bar, is the unofficial headquarters of all things St. Paddys. In past celebrations, their five-day St. Patricks Day Festival included a lot of kilts, ten-foot-tall leprechauns and, inexplicably, a number of blow-up dolls.
