The Houston Wave Lights Tour

Don’t wander the streets hoping to see some nice holiday lights exhibits. The Houston Wave’s Lights Tour takes you through downtown to see decorated skyscrapers and public spaces. In the Woodland Heights, you’ll see intricately decorated bungalows, while over in the River Oaks area, you can expect to see demi-mansions dripping in lights and outdoor ornaments. The best light displays have already been scoped out by Wave staffers, so the three-hour tour is filled, from start to finish, with great views. On-board refreshments are provided — it’s tough work looking at holiday displays.

The Wave contributes $5 of every ticket sale to the Buffalo Bayou Partnership. 6:30 p.m. December 16, 17, 18 and 23. Market Square, 301 Milam. For information, call 713‑863‑9283 or visit $30.
