Of the 90 pieces, 44 are by Gibson. The photographer took close-ups of the hands, faces and instruments of renowned guitarists such as The Police's Andy Summers and influential jazz man Les Paul. Edith Piaf's last years are remembered in 19 photographs by the African-American photographer Cadoo, who moved to France and began taking photos of the vocalist just before her death in 1963.
