VIDEO: Step Up Revolution Flash Mob Invades Market Square Park

The temps were in the high '90s but who cared? A flash mob of dancers wearing black T-shirts and hats broke out in Market Square at high noon today -- there to promote a movie.

They came to Houston to promote their movie Step Up Revolution. Actor/dancer Misha Gabriel Hamilton and choreographer Travis Wall (who became well known as a dancer and then choreographer on Fox TV's So You Think You Can Dance) assembled a corps of dancers who sprang to life along with the music.

The bass line was pretty heavy as the movie dancers combined with members of Houston's SoReal (a former Houston Press MasterMinds awards winner) to do a routine choreographed by Wall, who has been Emmy-nominated several times Emmys for his TV work.
