Houston police have released surveillance video of someone wanted for questioning in the death of a man who was found bludgeoned to death in a downtown parking garage on Sunday night.
Police this week identified the victim as 27-year-old Cory Roussell, whose body was found at about 10:50 p.m. Sunday night on one of the parking garage floors of the CenterPoint building at 1111 Louisiana Street. Police say Roussell died from blunt force trauma to the head.
According to a report released by the HPD Homicide Division, Roussell was seen running down Louisiana Street at about 4:50 a.m. on Sunday. Police say Roussell had been seen with a black male while in downtown Houston that morning. The two were reportedly seen running westbound on McKinney Street just west of Main Street on at about 4:30 a.m. They were seen near the downtown Houston Library on McKinney Street about five minutes later, according to reports.
A security officer found Roussell's body in the CenterPoint garage later that night.
