Take something from the typical office refrigerator, and the owner of a missing yogurt snippily whips out a Post-it or e-mail announcing that she really hopes To Whom It May Concern enjoyed it.

In the Deer Park police department, they go a little more hardcore.

The PD's refrigerator was routinely being emptied of items, and this pissed off cops. Not to mention that part of being a cop requires being able to absolutely trust your comrades, and if one of you is taking someone else's power drinks, who can you trust?

After hearing a string of complaints, police chief Gregory Grigg took action, KPRC reports. He immediately ordered the most sarcastic cops on the force to write searingly guilt-inducing notes.

Well, no. He just set up a camera in the break room.

It would have been great if the cameras caught some cops or staffers having furtive sex, but instead they did just what they were supposed to do: They caught One of Deer Park's Own making off with Monster Energy drinks left as bait.

Officer Kevin Yang got a 30-day suspension. And apparently everyone's Lean Cuisines have been safe since Operation Office Jerk was concluded.
