Update 08/15/2016: Texas Equusearch announced Son Lam has been located and is fine.
Ngoc "Son" Lam, a longtime freelance photographer for the Houston Press has been declared a missing person and Houston police are actively seeking him.
According to Donny Varkey, his supervisor at St. Joseph Hospital where Lam worked as a pharmacy technician, Lam has not returned since planning to undertake a charter bus trip to Louisiana on August 4. Lam's car, which was left in the Gulfgate Mall lot appears to be abandoned.
Lam specialized in night life photography for the Press. His most recent work The Glitz Dolls 2017 Calendar Release Party at Proof appeared on July 25.
