When quality food and talented people come together in a place like this, magic is made. Wild Oats, Underbelly Hospitality’s Texas-inspired, family-friendly restaurant in the Houston Farmers Market, will collaborate with long-time partner 44 Farms, a premier Texas rancher, to host a multicourse dining experience on Wednesday, March 22 at 6:30 PM. Wild Oats’ culinary team and 44 Farms have created a five-course meal that incorporates 44 Farms’ beef with the flavors of the Lone Star State.
