Houston Coalition Against Hate presents an evening with author and activist Adrienne Maree Brown as she discusses creative practices and the themes of her debut novella Grievers. Adrienne is the author of Holding Change: The Way of Emergent Strategy Facilitation and Mediation, the NY Times Bestseller Pleasure Activism: The Politics of Feeling Good, and the radical self/planet help book Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds. She is the writer-in-residence at the Emergent Strategy Ideation Institute and is the co-host of the How to Survive the End of the World, Octavia’s Parables and Emergent Strategy.
