Elegant, serene, yet strikingly contemporary, Asia Society Texas opened in April 2012 and took its place as an iconic addition to Houston’s architecturally rich cityscape. Designed by world reknowned architect, Yoshio Taniguchi, Asia Society Texas Center embodies his scrupulous attention to detail and his commitment to the highest standards of craftsmanship and materials. Guided tours of Asia Society Texas provide detailed insights into the 40,000 square foot building with information about the materials and influences in each of the main areas of the Center.
