The Bon Temps Rouler Cajun Throwdown crawfish cook-off and family-friendly music festival is April 22-29, 2023, at the Pasadena Convention Center and Municipal Fairgrounds in Pasadena, Texas. Our two-weekend festival features the best in Rock, Country, Cajun and Zydeco music; as well as a Louisiana cuisine cookoff, AYCE Crawfish Cookoff; a crawfish eating contest; BTR Caring Fore Kids Celebrity Golf Tournament and 19th Hole After Party; BTR Caring for Kids Zone, cornhole tournament, & an army of vendors. Internet sensation, ‘Pat-N-da-Pot,’ Chef Pat Darbonne will be judging Louisiana Cuisine, the Bloody Mary Throwdown, and our Crawfish Cookoff. Y’all come on!
