BUDDHIST MEDITATION MONDAY NIGHTS IN THE HEIGHTS
Each class consists of guided meditation, a talk on an aspect of meditation and buddhist thought, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Great for beginners as well as those with some experience. Classes are self-contained so you can drop in to an individual class or attend the whole series. Everyone is welcome! A great opportunity to learn how to meditate and to integrate a meditation practice into your daily life. Meditation classes for everyone.
