Creating a Daily Meditation Practice with Gen Kelsang Wangpo
Happiness is a state of mind. If our mind is clear and peaceful, we are happy. The function of meditation is to make the mind peaceful and calm. We can then use this clear, spacious mind to improve the quality of our experiences in daily life. In this workshop, we will learn and practice simple meditations to cultivate positive states of mind that we can take with us anywhere.
