Sikora, MD/PhD "Immunotherapy: Unleashing the Power Within" on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Houston Museum District. The Women’s Fund for Health Education and Resiliency is pleased to partner with Baylor College of Medicine and the Dan L. Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center to feature Dr. Andrew Sikora. Dr. Andrew Sikora is an associate professor of Otolaryngology and Vice Chair for Research, Carolyn Wiess Law Translational Research Scholar, and Co-Director of the Head and Neck Cancer Program at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, USA. Dr. Sikora’s research focuses on understanding and reversing mechanisms of tumor-mediated immunosuppression. Admission is free without lunch and $20 with a boxed lunch.
